ULI Chicago Announces Urban Inspiration Contest

ULI Chicago invites all land use professionals to participate in their inaugural Urban Inspiration contest.  The quarterly contest, conducted through ULI Chicago’s LinkedIn Group, challenges participants to provide their expertise in resolving a local land use issue.  This quarter’s topic is the Fulton Market Cold Storage Warehouse.  Responses should address the highest and best use of the site.  All responses are due by December 21, 2012.  The contest winner will receive a complimentary ticket to the next ULI Chicago Breakfast meeting or Networking event.  You must be a member of the ULI Chicago LinkedIn … Read More

2012 Mentorship Program Concludes with Leadership Reception and Lifetime Achievement Dinner

This year I had the opportunity to participate in the inaugural ULI Chicago Mentorship Program, which culminated last night with a reception at the Four Seasons Hotel followed by the Lifetime Achievement Award Dinner. The Mentorship Program reception included the ULI Chicago Leadership team, and was a great opportunity to reflect on the program’s success and contemplate ways in which to improve the program in its second year.
