Village Trustees Provide Direction on ULI Chicago TAP Recommendations for Winnetka

Chicago Public Officials Awarded Scholarship to attend ULI Fall Meeting

Four Chicago area public officials have received a scholarship to attend the Fall Meeting in Chicago from the ULI Rose Center.  The scholarships were made possible through the generous support of Chicago Title Insurance Company. The awardees are: Terri Haymaker, Public Building Commission of Chicago Tony Manno, Regional Transportation Authority Allison Milld, Metropolitan Mayors Caucus Bill Trumbull, Chicago Transit Authority Awardees will attend the meeting at a substantial savings and have been invited to the Mayors’ Forum and Public Officials Reception on Thursday, November 7, at the Fall Meeting. ULI Announces 2013 Jeffrey Kahan Fellow, Anthony Hrusovsky, Solomon Cordwell Buenz

The ULI Foundation and ULI Chicago are pleased to announce Anthony M. Hrusovsky as the 2013 ULI Jeffrey Kahan Fellow.  Mr. Hrusovsky is an architect at Solomon Cordwell Buenz most recently specializing in high-rise mixed-use and residential development.  Previously he served as a Design/Build Coordinator and Construction Manager for The Dobbins Group and On-site Manager for the Michael Hrusovsky Company.  He earned Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Architecture from the University of Michigan and has been a member of ULI since 2011.  He is currently a member of the Young Leader Program Committee.  … Read More

Fall Meeting Recruitment Event Attracts Crowd of Potential New Members

On Tuesday, October 1st the ULI Chicago Membership Committee hosted a complimentary member event at the Old Town Pour House. The “ticket” to the event was to bring one qualified candidate for ULI membership. Over 50 real estate professionals including investors, private equity fund managers, developers, lenders, and attorneys attended the event.
