Steps Continue to Include Pullman in National Park System

IHPA to host meeting to discuss possible options for including Pullman neighborhood in National Park System The Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, along with the National Park Service, will host a public meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2014 about the possibility of making the Pullman neighborhood part of the National Park system.  The purpose of the meeting is to give concerned citizens and organizations an opportunity to provide input and learn more about the efforts to make Pullman the next unit of the National Park Service.  Read more Read more about … Read More

Chicago’s Real Estate Leaders Enjoy a Beautiful Evening

On August 7th, leaders of Chicago’s commercial real estate industry gathered on the 6th floor rooftop garden at 540 West Madison to enjoy a beautiful summer evening and conduct some casual networking with friends and colleagues. National Foreclosure Settlement to Help Move Pullman Neighborhood Forward

August 5, 2014 – Curbed Chicago – City and State to Rehab 35 Buildings in Historic Pullman District Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and Mayor Rahm Emanuel have announced today that the state will earmark $1.5 million to help rehab 35 buildings in the historic Pullman neighborhood on the far South Side.
