FY17 ULI Jeffrey Kahan Fellows Announced

The ULI Foundation and ULI Chicago are pleased to announce the FY17 Jeffrey Kahan Fellows, Anastacia Fratto, ResElevate and Rocky Afo, Leopardo Companies, Inc. The Fellows will participate as Full Members in ULI for the coming year as well as join a national Product Council at the ULI Spring and Fall Meetings. In addition, they will be paired with a Council mentor who will act as a resource to expand their Council experience as well as a local Chicago mentor in their market sector. Panel Recommendations Presented at Public Meeting in Gurnee

ULI Chicago panelists presented recommendations for revitalizing East Grand Avenue in Gurnee at a public meeting attended by stakeholders including area residents, businesses, and local elected officials. The panel’s recommendations, crafted after an intense 2-day Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) completed on July 12-13, 2016, focused on embracing the population diversity in eastern Gurnee and creating a unique identity that builds on the corridor’s local, independent businesses.
