Our work in the communities continued this summer as we, in partnership with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), conducted a Development Dialogue in Richmond, IL to help the Village leadership analyze and prioritize development opportunities. Workforce Housing Strategies for North River Communities, Chicago, IL

ULI Chicago, in partnership with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) convened a 2- day workshop to develop recommendations for maintaining and building workforce housing in Chicago’s North River neighborhoods, especially Albany Park.
