Hanover Park gets advice on revamping Irving Park Road corridor
Daily Herald, 1/26/13 – The struggling Irving Park Road corridor in Hanover Park faces a unique set of challenges. Vacancy, turnover and tax rates are high, while the commercial stock is overabundant and aging.
