Development Dialogue: Solutions for Failed Developments

ULI Chicago and Kane County, in partnership with the Kane County Planning Cooperative, the Metro West Council of Government and Elgin Community College, will host a program on repositioning failed residential, commercial, and retail developments. Participants, including mayors, municipal planning and economic development staff, and representatives from the business community will leave the event with a better understanding of the County’s market, development challenges, and a fresh framework for solutions.
