Patrick Phillips addressed ULI staff and district council leadership on Monday, October 15 at pre-meetings prior to the 2012 ULI Fall Meeting. In his remarks, Patrick stated that ULI membership is up overall and the organization is on track to meet their annual fund target goal.  ULI has also made significant progress on its four strategic priorities:

• Reinforcing member value
• Connecting intellectual content from members to create effective partnerships
• Enhancing member networks and district councils
• Embedding philanthropy and service
