From the world’s first skyscraper, the Home Insurance Building, built in 1885 to the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893 to Daniel Burnham’s Plan for Chicago, the City boasts architectural gems around every corner … Navy Pier, Monadnock, Wrigley, Tribune, and the list goes on. Chicago continues to build some of the most innovative structures across the country.
