Sixteen Winners Announced at Urban Land Institute Chicago’s 2015 Vision Awards
Winners recognized as visionary developments, programs, and leading young professionals in the land use and development fields.
Chicago – (June 4, 2015) Sixteen inspired and vibrant winners were announced at the fourth annual Urban Land Institute Chicago Vision Awards held on June 3, 2015 at Redmoon Theater in Chicago. The Vision Awards honor projects and programs that use creative development practices, inventive partnerships or sharing of resources, imaginative problem solving, or visionary ideas contributing to the growth of vibrant communities. “The Vision Awards were designed to uncover the unique and creative projects happening throughout the region that may not be known to the wider real estate community,” said Kirsten Ekdahl Hull, McCaffery Interests, Inc., and co-chair of the Vision Awards.
The 2015 Vision Awards winners were named in the following categories: project, program, and young visionary. “Our winners this year represent a broad spectrum from arts and culture to sustainable development and affordable housing. As a juror, that’s what makes the Vision Awards so interesting and enjoyable,” said Juan Gabriel Moreno, JGMA, and jury member for the 2015 Vision Awards.
