Top Story
The 2016 ULI Chicago YL Mentorship Program kicked off on April 4th with 15 pairings of young professionals and senior ULI members who will meet individually, and as a group, over the next nine months. Now in its fifth year, the program continues to offer qualifying applicants the opportunity to develop personal and professional relationships with veteran industry leaders.
As Pam Boneham, Managing Director, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, and Chair of the Mentorship Committee, explained at the Kick-Off, “Part of ULI’s mission is to develop leaders in the industry … (and) the Mentorship Program is one such opportunity that fosters one-on-one relationships … offering rewards for both Proteges and Mentors.”
Mentorship participants meet formally four times as a group and are encouraged to meet and maintain contact informally throughout the year-long program. Additional optional events are planned for those who wish to come together to network with their colleagues.
We thank our Mentors for sharing their valuable time and expertise with this new group of Proteges and look forward to another successful year.
Congratulations to the Class of 2016
