CTA Releases RFI for Development Opportunities at Wilson Station Following ULI Panel

In April 2012, ULI conducted a Governors Advisory Services Panel on the CTA Wilson Red Line Station focusing on several physical, institutional, and organization improvements that could help the CTA and the city move forward with a redevelopment strategy.  The CTA was seeking to understand the market potential for development opportunities on CTA-owned land that would be compatible with the planned improvements to the transit infrastructure specifically at Wilson Station. 2013 Women’s Leadership Initiative Fall Meeting Scholarships

Up to ten female Associate, YLG, or Student members of ULI will be awarded scholarships to attend the 2013 Fall Meeting in Chicago from November 5-8, 2013 and advance the mission of the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). The scholarship will include complimentary registration and up to a $1,500 reimbursement of expenses related to hotel, airfare, local transport, meals, and Product Council reception/dinner.  Applications are due June 14, 2013.
