Two ULI Chicago TAPs Move Forward with Local and National Significance

February 18, 2015 – Groundbreaking on the Renovation/Redevelopment of the Historic Rosenwald Apartments The subject of a February 2010 technical assistance panel in cooperation with 3rd Ward Alderman Pat Dowell, the Rosenwald Apartments, originally opened in 1929 as safe and modern housing for a burgeoning African-American middle class, has been vacant since 2000. The ULI Chicago panel was unanimous in recommending redevelopment of the historic property proposing two options for total and/or partial rehab and redevelopment. Private Equity focus of YL Small Group Discussion Series-Session II

ULI Chicago Young Leaders’ three-part discussion series continued with its second session on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Pullman to be Named National Monument by President Obama

ULI Chicago Transitions to New Leadership for FY15-16

ULI Chicago welcomes Joseph L. Wisniewski, Partner, Deloitte, as the new District Council Chair for FY15-16.  Joe has been a long-time Advisory Board member and has held the position of Treasurer for eight years.  He takes over for Paul W.
