Dynamic Projects, Interesting Spaces and New Data Tools Highlighted at Council Day

The ULI Chicago Product Council Blue Flight recently met for their final, half-day Council meeting at the Perkins+Will “Cloud” conference room on the 18th floor of the Wrigley Building. The agenda featured urban infill mixed-use development and redevelopment projects and included two panels, four presentations from Blue Flight members and several roundtable discussions. Chicago Product Council Members & Guests Tour Goose Island by Boat

The ULI Chicago Product Council Blue and Green flights hit the water on Wednesday, June 15th for their annual boat tour, this year highlighting new development on Goose Island. Product Council members and guests had the opportunity to hear from R2 and CBRE about the development and leasing plans for R2’s investments on the island in a discussion moderated by Liquideed CEO, and Blue Flight Co-chair, Ronan Remandaban. Green Flight CPC Members Hear from Variety of Industry Experts at April Council Meeting

ULI Chicago’s Green Flight Product Council hosted an all-day event on Wednesday, April 27th, which was the second in a three-part series for 2016. The 46-member Council consists of ULI members from a diverse cross-section of the real estate industry. The Blue Flight for the ULI Chicago Product Council met on April 14th at 300 S. Wacker for the CPC’s second meeting this year.
