Pullman to be Named National Monument by President Obama

Winnetka Debating Zoning Ordinance Amendments as a Result of ULI Chicago TAP

Rosenwald Apartments to be Renovated as Recommended by ULI Chicago Panel

Village of Winnetka Completing ULI Panel Recommendations

ULI Chicago conducted two panels in 2013 in Winnetka addressing the Village’s commercial health, identifying retail opportunities, and outlining strategies for a stronger partnership between the Village, retailers and owners. One of the key recommendations of the panel process was to appoint an Economic Development Coordinator who could serve as a liaison for the local business community and work pro-actively to create a business-friendly environment in Winnetka.
