Join us on January 24th for the first session in the series, as we talk with Bruce Cohen, the CEO of Wrightwood Financial and prior CEO of its predecessor company Wrightwood Capital, which merged with Ares Management.

As a real estate executive with deep capital markets knowledge, Bruce Cohen will explore all aspects of the “capital stack” from common equity to senior debt. Bruce Cohen will discuss the process of capital raising for real estate developments & acquisitions and ultimately, how the capital stack is formed. The dialogue will also include exploring the different goals & motivations of the investors and lenders part of the capital stack, along with previewing the current state of the capital markets.
