    Join ULI Chicago Young Leaders for the third and final session in their summer Small Group Discussion Series, "Cannabis and its Elevating Effect on Real Estate." 

    Our discussion focus on the topic of cannabis and how owners, manufacturers, designers, and contractors have ignited their innovation to accommodate production and distribution needs as well as state and federal regulation. Even before the first Chicago dispensary opening in May 2020, cannabis companies have been fighting on multiple fronts: permitting, licenses, unionization, banking, and more. Join us and hear from our panel of cannabis specialists including Marty McDonnell (Cresco Labs) and Mitch Kahn (Grassroots Cannabis/Frontline Partners).
