Joined by the two partners, we
will dive deep into the project, get an overview on their views on the Fulton
Market District and learn about their partnership success stories. One Fulton will be comprised of 250
apartments, 350,000 s.f. of Class A office, 150 boutique hotel rooms and 40,000
s.f. first-class retail is a visionary project aligned with the area’s global
creative powerhouse. Our discussion will touch site selection, partnership between
the respective parties, considerations, architecture and design, construction
methodology and impacts of the current lending market.
