Join ULI Chicago Young Leaders for the first of their summer Small Group Discussion Series, "Modern Trends in Affordable Housing."
Since 2015, developers have been required to meet the Affordable Requirements
Ordinance (ARO) for approval on their projects. Our guest speakers will discuss how
successful this initiative has been, whether on-site housing or fee-in-lieu has
proven more effective, and how the recently presented Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance will shake things up. Join us to hear from our panel of experts!
