Day Two of the ULI Spring Meeting opened with the release of Building for Wellness: The Business Case. The report, prepared as part of ULI’s Building Healthy Places initiative, examines the investment payback on incorporating amenities that promote health and wellness, how developers have pursued this objective, and the resulting market response. The report profiles 13 completed projects from around the world, each representing one of three development strategies – renovation / redevelopment, new construction and master-planned communities. A full complement of Concurrent Sessions took place throughout the day along with Council and Committee meetings. The day concludes with a Networking Reception for all attendees at the picturesque Vancouver Convention Center.
