Paul Shadle, DLA Piper LLP (US) and current Chair of ULI Chicago, presented a special recognition award to Kelley Smith, Kensington Realty Advisors, in appreciation of her service to ULI Chicago as Chair from 2010-2012.

Here is an excerpt from the presentation that took place at the April 24, 2013 monthly ULI Chicago Breakfast Meeting.

“I would like to thank Kelley Smith, Principal at Kensington Realty Advisors, for serving as the Chair of ULI Chicago from 2010 – 2012. Kelley, who has been a ULI member since 1996, brought her experience and expertise from serving with ULI National as Chair of a National Product Council, here to ULI Chicago. Under Kelley’s leadership ULI Chicago’s sponsorship grew, she initiated our Members-only Policy & Practice Forums as well as the successful Young Leader Mentorship Program.  Our annual Lifetime Achievement Award event grew to the largest it’s ever been, hosting over 450 people. Kelley, we thank you for your dedication and all the time you shared with the ULI Chicago District Council.”
