Popular Real Estate Forecast Event Will Highlight Important Market Trends

In case you were not able to attend the Emerging Trends General Session at the Fall Meeting in NYC, ULI Chicago is presenting the key themes of ULI’s 36th annual edition of Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2015® on November 6th at The Union League Club of Chicago. This hallmark event will include both national real estate trends, as well as the outlook for Chicago area real estate. The 2015 Forecast event already has over 200 real estate professionals registered who want to know what emerging trends will shape the real estate market in the coming year.
Dean Schwanke, Senior Vice President, Case Studies and Publications, ULI, will provide an overview of the report findings including what the future holds for real estate investment and development as well the outlook from industry leaders for U.S property sectors, metro areas, finance and capital markets. Attendees will find out more about the emergence of “18-hour cities” and how these cities are attracting national investment appeal.
Following Mr. Schwanke’s presentation, a local panel of real estate experts will discuss the outlook for the Chicago area. Expert panelists include: Keith Largay, Managing Director, Real Estate Investment Banking, JLL; James Letchinger, President & Founder, JDL Development; and, Dan Rosenbloom, Managing Director, GEM Realty Capital, Inc. James McCormick, Senior Vice President & Co-Head of Acquisitions, AMLI Residential Properties, will moderate the local panel discussion. There will be an opportunity for questions at the conclusion of the panel.
