Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Chief Planner, and ULI member, Philip Enquist is a lead author of the firm’s The Great Lakes Century Vision Plan, which says the future of the Great Lakes region depends on its environmental governance. More than 100 years after Daniel Burnham famously planned Chicago, Enquist and his colleagues at SOM (as well as ULI) are taking up the pro bono cause of sowing cooperation throughout the Great Lakes region.
