Since 2017, Pamela Boneham, Managing Director & Head of Capital Strategies, Barings, has been a Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of ULI Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, first in partnership with Christine Akins and, most recently, in partnership with Collete English Dixon, Executive Director, Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, Roosevelt University. In her role at Barings, she is responsible for helping drive strategic decision making from a business unit perspective. In addition, she serves on the U.S. Equity Investment Committee and Valuation Committee.
In addition to her role at Barings, Pamela’s efforts on behalf ULI Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) have included expanding the Advisory Board’s support of the WLI mission, including the establishment of the WLI Breakthrough Series and the WLI Annual Signature Event. The energy and momentum of WLI’s efforts are a testament to Pamela’s commitment to supporting the advancement and success of women in the real estate industry and in ULI.
Now, after 3 years in the Advisory Board Co-Chair role, Pam has transitioned her engagement to Christy Lockridge, a member of the WLI Advisory Board and Executive Director, Originations, PGIM Real Estate, effective July 1, 2020. At PGIM, Christy is responsible for the Chicago office and the origination of a broad range of commercial real estate finance products.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Pam for all that she has done to support WLI ’s growth and mission. I have enjoyed working with Pam over this past year and know that we look forward to continuing to work with her on the WLI Advisory Board.
We are very excited to have Christy’s leadership and engagement as a Co-Chair of the WLI Advisory Board for 2020-2022 to support the future programming and impact of ULI Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. I look forward to partnering with Christy as Co-Chair of the WLI Advisory Board.
