ULI Chicago's WLI Creates “Connections", Networking in the Time of COVID
October 19, 2020
The ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) has launched “Connections”, a virtual networking initiative for ULI Chicago female members to connect during the pandemic. We’ve all become quite accustomed to Zoom and the infamous “you’re on mute” in our daily life now, both in tactical work calls with colleagues and social calls with friends and family. While we wait to get back to our traditional networking opportunities in-person, the ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative has created “Connections”. While no virtual program can fully replace the networking that occurs before/after ULI Chicago events, the goal is to create a free-flowing networking atmosphere to connect “Connection” attendees. The small group format means that you decide where the conversation goes, be it work, life or maybe the best strategies to survive in the COVID world.
Be on the lookout for a personalized email about an upcoming “WLI Connection”, or email ULI Chicago if you are interested in attending one.
The ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) looks forward to connecting with you!
