DEI 
The DEI Committee is focused on growing a stronger, more equitable industry and ULI Chicago District Council.

Membership
The Membership Committee encourages new memberships in ULI, introduces new members to the local District Council, and engages members in ULI’s work in the community. The Committee also tracks retention and coordinates occasional member surveys.

Programs
The Program Committee identifies topics and speakers for the bi-monthly breakfast series, local panels for national topics of interest (emerging trends and infrastructure), and for all of Chicago’s Young Leaders programming. The Committee organizes around the issues impacting the real estate industry in order to develop timely and relevant programming.

Public Policy
The Public Policy Committee acts as a liaison with, and provides education to, public officials and other organizations on policy challenges facing the real estate industry. The Committee’s Technical Assistance Services including Panels, Workshops and Development Dialogues, are offered by ULI Chicago as part of ULI’s Advisory Services Program.
