Join ULI Chicago on Tuesday, March 12th for a discussion on the real
estate industry’s critical role in mitigating climate change and positioning
the Chicago region as a climate leader. As climate challenges intensify and
regulatory restrictions on carbon emissions become tighter, a
“business-as-usual” approach towards building operations and construction might
not be smart. We’ll share recommendations developed by nearly 50 ULI Chicago
members and partners to leverage unprecedented federal investment for
completing comprehensive green retrofits of buildings to reduce long-term costs,
create healthier living environments, and get climate ready.
