Join us for a ULI Members-Only discussion and tour at 360 North Green - the new regional headquarters for Boston Consulting Group. Leaders from the office sector will discuss current office
market, trends in design and workplace, and 360 North Green and the BCG deal.
360 North Green, delivering Spring 2024, is a 500,000 S.F., 24-story modern office tower
designed by Gensler and developed by Sterling Bay. The building offers efficient
floorplates tailored towards professional services firms, and highly curated
amenities including a lounge and bar area, speakeasy room with duckpin bowling,
state-of-the-art conference and fitness centers, locker rooms with steam
showers, and ample communal and private outdoor spaces. The project is anchored
by Boston Consulting Group, and has additional leases signed with Greenberg
Traurig, ReadyState Asset Management, and the Adalina Group.
