The Frontrunner Award recognizes outstanding young leaders in the land use and development fields. These younger professionals set the bar for career advancement, goal-setting, community service and a strong commitment to ULI’s principles of land use.

The Frontrunner Award is awarded as part of the annual ULI Chicago Vision Awards event launched in 2012 defining the standard for real estate development in the Chicagoland area.  Awards are presented in program and project categories as well.
