Molly Rutkowski | Director, Facilities Management | PGIM
Molly is the Head of U.S. Facilities for PGIM Real Estate.  She oversees all leasing activity, occupancy planning, space management, and workplace strategy for PGIM Real Estate’s 20+ office locations across the U.S. and Mexico.  In this role, Molly acts as the liaison to Prudential Corporate Real Estate to facilitate lease negotiations and office buildouts for all new and existing locations.  She also works closely with Senior Leadership to implement strategic planning and strategies based on market trends, occupancy analytics, and evolving office needs – including ESG strategies, flexible space management, and technology enhancements.  Previously, Molly spent eight years in a project management role overseeing the development and implementation of new strategic initiatives as a part of PGIM Real Estate’s U.S. Debt Strategy team.

Jane Acker | Director | Farpoint Development
Jane is a Director at Farpoint Development, where she combines her passion and skill for business development, investment strategy, and asset management of real estate. Jane has experience creating value across mixed-use, healthcare, office, self-storage, retail, single-family rental, and multifamily assets. She imagines, presents, and executes commercial real estate projects to create dynamic, sustainable communities across markets.Prior to joining Farpoint, Jane completed $519 million in acquisitions nationwide at Fairway America and Northpond Partners, managed a $1.5 billion portfolio of Chicago apartments and retail at Newcastle Limited, and supported the disposition of $2.6 billion in office investments at JLL’s Office Investment Sales division.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics with a minor in Dance from Tufts University. Jane has been a ULI member since 2017, speaks Spanish, and is an active member of Gingarte Capoeira Chicago, an all-volunteer organization focused on the Afro-Brazilian cultural art of capoeira.

Jane is excited to enhance her knowledge and network through the ULI Kahan Fellowship and to participate in the Industrial Office Product Council.

Yousuf Hafuda | Senior Real Estate Development Analyst | Brookfield Properties
As a Senior Real Estate Development Analyst at Brookfield Properties, Yousuf works with the project team to oversee the development process for active construction projects while conducting due diligence for potential opportunities. This typically entails retail and mixed-use development across the firm’s existing portfolio.Yousuf provides a unique perspective given his prior experience with finance, research, and financial modeling across all real estate sectors, as well as a deep intellectual interest in all aspects of land use and the development process.

Yousuf decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate due to his passion for cities and his desire to make them more livable and enjoyable for all inhabitants. Real estate as a career is the multidisciplinary intersection of public policy, law, design, construction, finance, and beyond. The built environment reflects how we live, and as such, a meaningful career in the industry necessitates close observation of the world around us.

Prior to Brookfield Properties, Yousuf worked for the valuations group at Revantage, a Blackstone subsidiary. In this role, he conducted financial modeling to determine the value of real estate held by Blackstone across all sectors, particularly for the firm’s flagship fund, BREIT (Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust). Yousuf began his career at Morningstar, where he most recently held a position maintaining active coverage of several publicly traded real estate stocks including REITs and real estate services firms.

Yousuf is active member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, as well as the REIA Emerging Leaders group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College, with a major in Political Science, and an emphasis on Political Economy.
